Cancellation Policy
At LoveUnlocks, we deeply value your time as well as the time of our astrologers. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review our booking policy carefully before confirming your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings online up to 1 hour before the scheduled session time. This gives our astrologers the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply log in to your account and manage your booking from the dashboard. You will also receive an email confirmation of your changes for your records. Please note that if you cancel or reschedule less than 1 hour before your session, or if you do not show up for your appointment, the session will be marked as a no-show. In such cases, the full session fee may still be charged, and refunds will not be provided. To confirm your booking, a valid card on file is required. This allows us to secure your session and apply any applicable cancellation or no-show fees if needed. Payments are processed securely through our platform to protect your privacy. All our sessions are conducted online through secure video conferencing links (such as Zoom). Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and join the meeting on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened to fit the remaining time or considered a no-show at the astrologer’s discretion.
